Refunds & Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description. Include your order number and clear photos.

After we confirm eligibility, we will provide the return instructions. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Items damaged through use, items without proof of purchase and clearance or personalized items are not eligible unless required by law.
